Welcome to BLOQ Talk. These Terms are a contract between you and Krown Technologies Inc., 300 Washington Street, Monroe, LA 71201, USA. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them carefully — they include important limitations of liability and disclaimers about Web3 and crypto features.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter this agreement. Paid features — subscriptions, paid BLOQ memberships, tickets, boosts and sticker packs — are available only to users who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live).
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on crypto-related activity.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and keep it current. Usernames and identity features are subject to our rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use BLOQ Talk to break the law, harass or harm others, distribute scams, malware, or spam, infringe others' rights, or evade safety controls.
Do not attempt to compromise the service, other users, or our infrastructure.
We may remove content and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Trust score & moderation
The BLOQ Score and AI Scam Shield help keep the community safe. We may limit features or access for accounts that show high-risk or abusive behavior.
Moderation decisions may be automated and are made at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display it solely to operate the service.
Because messages are protected with E2E Quantum Encryption, we cannot access their content; you are responsible for what you send.
Web3, wallets & no financial advice
BLOQ Talk is a messenger. It is not a wallet, exchange, broker, or money transmitter: we never hold your crypto assets or private keys, we cannot move or reverse blockchain transactions, and any crypto you send to another member is signed and broadcast from your own wallet app (for example Qastle).
Payments inside the app — subscriptions, paid BLOQ memberships, event tickets, boosts and sticker packs — are in ordinary currency and are processed by Stripe, a licensed payment processor, on our behalf. We do not hold customer funds.
Token-gating reads public on-chain data to grant access; availability of third-party chains and RPCs is outside our control.
Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto involves risk, including total loss. You are solely responsible for your on-chain activity.
Subscriptions & billing
BLOQ+, BLOQ Pro, and Business are auto-renewing subscriptions billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout (taxes may apply). Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancel any time from Profile → Membership: you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. You can resume before the period ends.
Free trial: new members may claim one 7-day BLOQ+ trial. No card is charged for the trial itself; a trial does not convert to a paid plan unless you subscribe.
Plan changes take effect as shown at checkout; when you upgrade or switch, any unused time on a pre-paid pass or trial is honored before billing starts.
Founding-member offer
During the launch window, and while founding-member spots remain, new BLOQ+ subscribers receive the founding discount shown at checkout (currently 50% off the BLOQ+ price) for as long as their BLOQ+ subscription stays continuously active.
The discount is personal, non-transferable, and applies to BLOQ+ only. If your subscription lapses or is canceled, the discount ends and cannot be reclaimed, unless we say otherwise in writing. We may end the offer for new sign-ups at any time; existing founding members keep it.
Paid BLOQs & tickets
Creators may charge for BLOQ membership (one-time or renewable), event tickets, fan tiers, boosts and sticker packs. Prices are set by the creator and shown before you pay; renewable memberships renew manually unless stated otherwise, and access lapses if not renewed.
We are not a party to arrangements between creators and their members beyond processing the payment and enforcing these Terms.
Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are final and non-refundable, including partial periods after you cancel, unused subscription time, and tickets to events you did not attend.
If a paid feature was unavailable because of our fault for a substantial part of a billing period, or you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right with a refund or credit.
Consumers in the EU/UK and other jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal rights keep those rights; by starting a digital subscription immediately you acknowledge that the withdrawal right may end once the service has begun.
Creator program & payouts
Approved creators may charge for access to their Circles, events, fan tiers, boosts and sticker packs. BLOQ Talk retains a platform fee (currently 15%, or 10% for BLOQ Pro creators); the remainder is paid out to the creator via Stripe Connect.
Creators are responsible for their offerings, applicable taxes, and compliance. We may pause or revoke creator status for policy violations.
Creators must complete Stripe identity and payout verification before receiving funds.
Third-party services
The app relies on third parties (Stripe, Twilio, Stream, Cloudflare, Alchemy, WalletConnect/Reown, Giphy, CoinGecko, email and AI providers). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLOQ Talk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or crypto assets.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD 100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BLOQ Talk harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service.
Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app and take effect on the updated effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts located there, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally or requires otherwise (for example, mandatory consumer protections).
